Sophea has 15 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, private placements and financial advisory services. Her responsibilities include providing financial and valuation analysis, performing due diligence, asset positioning and strategy articulation. Prior to joining Capstone, Sophea was an analyst at FTN Midwest Securities, a full-service investment banking firm based in Cleveland.

While working in their New York office, she focused on M&A advisory for middle-market companies in a variety of industries, including healthcare, pharmaceutical services and marketing & advertising.
