Jerry joined Capstone from Outlook Capital, a regional investment banking boutique focusing on the Western US. He has experience representing both sides in public to private transactions as both a lawyer and as an investment banker. 

Previously, Jerry was a Corporate Law Partner at Latham & Watkins and Stoel Rives focused on private equity and other transactions. He has also served as the Chairman of the Matterhorn Group, an independent manufacturer of private label ice cream and water ice novelty products in the Western US, and the CEO of Respond, Inc., a region armored transit and ATM servicing company that was sold to Loomis Fargo.
