Capstone Partners Advises Information Management Corporation on its Acquisition by TriTech Software Systems

Boston, MA - Capstone Partners LLC, a leading national investment banking firm, announced that it has successfully advised Information Management Corporation (“IMC”) on its acquisition by TriTech Software Systems (“TriTech”).  IMC specializes in providing mission-critical Computer-Aided Dispatch, Law and Fire-EMS Records Management, Mobile, Jail Management, Courts, Civil Processing, Administrative and multi-agency data sharing solutions to public safety agencies.  The acquisition of IMC strengthens TriTech’s market presence by adding more than 700 public safety customers in the US.  Capstone served as the exclusive investment banking advisor to IMC during the transaction process.
